Welding Mossberg shell lifter

Was wondering if anyone knew a shop or service in San Diego county that can weld and polish a Mossberg JM Pro shell lifter. Hoping to avoid sending parts out of town for service.

You can purchase a shell lifter from Southern Kentucky Tactical. They come in Black ($50) and Polished ($60). No need to send yours in. That's where I'll be getting mine.
