Benelli M4 extension tube - where to get?

I own a M4 and looking to get the extension tube. Anyone have one for sale or know where I can get one?

I'd jump on that tube. The ATF will not allow Benelli to import ext mag tubes for their semi and pump (Nova) shotguns any longer.
