need Bay Area gunsmith for 11-87

Friend of mine has a highly customized 11-87 (for 3-gun comp, etc.) that has suddenly developed serious cycling problems with all loads, including full load buck and slugs. He's looking for recommendations for a good local smith in the SF Bay Area that knows
11-87's, especially how to work on customized ones.

try a good cleaning & then replace the rubber o-ring that sits between the gas port and the magazine tube...might save a trip to the smith.
