I post this once before in the wrong forum, but it never got moved for some reason. I pretty much re-made it, added current prices and put it in the right section this time! Besides
Total for gun and attachments: $481.53
Rifle $240 at sportsman’s warehouse
Ruger 10/22 carbine, synthetic stock

Stock $64.39
Hogue Model: 22000 for standard size barrel, $64.39
Hogue Model: 22110 for heavy barrel (.920” Diameter), $64.79
Both of these are black and can be ordered in different colors, each color has a different model #.
Sling $16.99
Will want an extra sling clip (it only comes with one). During the training they show you a few different ways to shoot with a sling to make your shots more accurate.
CJ Weapons M1 Garand Web Sling Cotton Olive Drab, $16.99
or
Tech Sight's M1/M14 cotton loop sling (1 1/4"W), $23.99
Sling Clips $12.99
You will also need the 1”1/4” clips for the sling
Uncle Mike's Quick Detachable Super Sling Swivel Set, $12.99
Scope $98.29
Bushnell Banner Dusk & Dawn 4-12x40 Riflescope
Scope Rail $39.99
EGW Ruger 10-22 Picatinny Rail Scope Mount, 0 MOA 46100
This is the rail I have on my personal rifle (the 0 MOA, do not get the 20 MOA unless you know why to get it)
Rings $8.88
For the rings, the medium height rings listed here will do nicely.
AccuShot Picatinny/Weaver Medium Profile 2-piece 1-inch Rings
I did not purchase or install the auto bolt release, it was done for me. I saw this on amazon for 10.95, got mostly good reviews if you are looking for one.
I do have a second mag for it, which I highly recommend, also required for the Appleseed training.
My Appleseed rifle instructor helped me build this when I first started to shoot. I shoot groupings just under an inch at 100 yards after my training. First time I shot my 10 22 or any rifle ever.
Will add pictures of it later.
