    GSG 1911-22LR

Picked up my new GSG 1911-22LR today and I'm pretty impressed with the pistol from fit to finish. Feels solid just like my other 1911's.

Oh man I have been eyeballin that gun for awhile now. I'm waiting for my inside man at Turners to let me know when they have them in stock. I heard you can customize them just like a reg 1911. Congrats and if you don't mind how much did you paid for it and how does it shoot?
The liberal see's the glass as half full and tries to take more.
The conservative see's glass as half empty and tries to keep it that way.
I'm with the people on the side just pouring water in the glass trying to get a drink!

It was just a tad over $400 out the door. Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet.

Where did you get it? Are you going to upgrade it by changing out some of the stock parts? Man I already got two bricks of 22lr and I'm looking at grips to get to when I finally get it.

Got a chance yesterday to shoot my pistol and it ran with out any issues. Accuracy was as to be expected at 25 yards all hits where within the outer ring of the target. Grouping was just around 4.5".

Picked up my pistol at Tracy Rifle and Pistol. No upgrades planned, I really enjoy the look of the 1911 with wood grips. Suggest you only use copper coated ammo to reduce lead fouling.
