    Savage 17HM2 Tack Driver

Here is my Savage Mark II chambered in 17HM2. Its in a Boyds Stock, I made a trigger guard myself (big enough for a gloved finger) and it now wears a 6-18x40mm BSA Sweet 17 scope. I really enjoy shooting this one

HMR is a good choice, but they are kinda pricey to shoot. This one is only $0.10 a round vs $0.20-$0.30 for an HMR. I load 223 rounds for that much and they are way better than either. That being said, I still think about buying an HMR every so often
