Savage, Boyd,A-17 like new. Atascadero,CA
I built this rifle for my wife using the Boyd laminated stock (thumb hole) which is now banned
in Calif. I purchased the stock years ago and bedded the action & floated the barrel. It has the original box & plastic stock, books. tools. Range bag, 3 or so magazines & 2400 rds from 2016(the ammo is not included with the sale). Also a BSA Sweet 17 scope. It's like new on consignment ($650) at Uncle Eds Outfitters (805-461-5777) in Atascadero, CA. 8681-8685. El CAMINO REAL in the south part of town next to Valley Fitness(they have a huge elevated sign you can't miss). Because of the stock, there will never be another new one of these rifles in Calif. My wife didn't like the cheek rest on the stock so a strap-on cheek rest is included. The unobtainium in Calif. boyd stock has really gone up in price so this rifle is a steal. Just keep the bolt clean & greased. The wife never had a feed problem but she kept it clean and didn't drag it through the dirt either. Lets keep it in CAL. R.T.
