Ruger 10/22 Race Gun Finished!!

Here’s a picture of my newly completed Ruger 10/22 Race Gun. It has a Volquartsen carbon fiber tension barrel, Volquartsen bolt and trigger group, Tandemkross extended mag release and bolt lock. The receiver is stock but I polished the top and brush finished the sides. The stock is from Grey Birch out of Canada.

Optic type? How does optic perform at 100 yds?

it's a really small photo....but from what i can see it sure looks like a wonderful build. can't wait to hear how it shoots and how you like the stock.

denpyhton, this is designed for Steel Challenge…short range type shooting. The REDDOT on the rifle would not work well for long range.

I just started a Steel Challenge build, also. I was going to use a Boyd’s Barracuda stock, but they won’t sell it in California. They said it was on advice of legal counsel.
I like the look of your setup. I may go that way as well.
