    541-S Custom Sporter

So, my grandfather just gave me this rifle when I was home visiting a few weeks ago. Figured I better put up some pictures.
He got the rifle around 1975, and the Bushnell "Banner" 2.5x is from the early 60's. I considered dropping new glass on it, but got talked out of it by everyone who saw it on there. (It does look nice on the rifle, and it still works fine)

It's basically had roughly 15 rounds put through it (till last week ), and other than a couple little dings, looks brand new.

I thought it was a great gift.

      Thanks!
The scope is surprisingly good for being old. I'm getting great groups off it with only a minor windage adjustment after putting it back together after I shipped it out. I'm looking forward to taking it out this weekend and seeing how it does at 50 and 100.

I have the exact same rifle, given to my by my Dad. It was the first rifle I killed anything with. Just a chipmunk, but I was proud none the less.

ANy idea where we can get quality magazines for it?

I have found several places that sell them but they all have horrible reviews.

Let me know id you find any.
