    Rem 12

    Here is my 107 year old Remington model 12 pump action. It had years of corrosive ammo through it that took a toll on the barrel. I re-barreled it and replaced a few internals to make it function 100% again.

    I use this little guy beside my shooting chair when doing long range critter extermination...it gets used for those critters that dare to come up too close for scope work.

      What a beauty! Always wanted a old pump .22. Looks like loads of fun to shoot.

          i just acquired one, a basket case, will have it reblued, new wood,
          TURNING and turning in the widening gyre
          The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
          Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
          Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
          The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
          The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
          The best lack all conviction, while the worst
          Are full of passionate intensity.

            Check the bore as those old one's shot corrosive ammo and many have very pitted barrels.

              Welcome to the club. A little late I know. I love my old girl she shoots really well. I believe mine was made in 1911 or 1918, I cant remember right now. I’m thinking ‘18. Either way welcome. It is highly recommended to shoot subsonic ammo out of her since the pressure out of the ammo she was originally was feed wasn’t as high as modern ammo. I use cci quiets most of the time.

                almost a smoothbore! barrel being relined, then reblue gun and new wood...very worn with badly broken stock...
