After reading and watching over many sources im glad to have chosen spikes as my first AR build modeled after a usgi M4.

Release from local police? Why would they take it in the first place? Either they dont know the law or you were doing something you werent supposed to.

i believe they dont know the law, at the time of arrest i was told im being arrested for possession of a illegal firearm (2 lowers, 5 airsoft and 2 boxes of airsoft parts...) 6-7 hours later im finally booked for owning a airsoft ("real") grenade launcher... spent 2 days in jail and release due to DA rejection (i wonder why...) so im stripped of all weapons real and airsoft alike... no worries im starting another set as you can see

Filed a LEGR for release, processing time is like 30-60 days to process your fee and paperwork and 90-180 for release approval or denial. Filed in jan, started processing since feb, so im still waiting by the mailbox everyday. Recently caved and purchase another lower, in 2 weeks or so ill have it complete
