I picked up some of the Choot Em mini mag packs for 10 cents a round shipped. Havent seen any lower than that recently.

Still too much, but I really don't see the prices ever getting back to where they were 2 years ago.

Just a question here.....I really don't see the reason for a .22 hp anyway. Do some people actually carry a .22lr for self defense? I've got a good supply of both 40 grain MM and Blazer and am wondering what the attraction of the hp's are.

I don't see that Brownells even carries the mini mag. I didn't see them at cabelas either. I see they carry CCI, but not specifically the mini mag, which is the recommended ammo for my pistol.

Dick's here in Corpus had them for $9.99 per 100 and $27.99 per a box of 300, limit 1 box per person. My wife and I each purchased a box of 300.
