Really enjoy my Savage chambered in .17Mach2, glad I bought 2-2000 round cases several years ago when they where on sale for $149.00 each.

17 HM2 is my favorite for cottontail rabbits.I have a couple places that I shoot them at up to 200yds.I have one in a Ruger Target 77.Headshots are what I am after with a 6-18X scope.
The HM2 is so much quieter than the 17HMR.I have a few of those rifles.Earplugs are optional with the Mach2.
Ammo is a little irritating to find as other eluded to.
