Possible to make small adjustments with Tech sights?

Have tech sights on my 10/22 and 1 click on the rear sight either puts me a hair to the left or a hair to the right. Is it possible to make finer adjustments?

Hmm how far are you shooting from? Maybe its a distance thing? Perhaps further distances it adjusts fine?

I changed the adjuster on my Tech and Nodak rear sights, putting on Rapidex knobs, that allow twice as fine an adjustment as the standard adjuster. It went right on the Nodak, and it had to be modified by flattening out the center boss on the knob to work on the Tech's. Instead of buying the ball bearings for the adjusters, I flipped the locking plunger, and rounded the end in a ball shape. It works just fine that way.

Trying to sight her in at 25 yards. It is either 1" or so to the right or 1" to the left. Anyone had luck drilling new holes between the current holes?

It's adjusting +- 4moa per click?! That doesn't seem right.

Agreed, something is very wrong here. And if your tech sights are not functioning correctly I'll have a loaner rifle available for you onsite.

I have tech sights on my 10/22 and they are close to one moa per click. (1/4" per click at 25 yards)

That is strange, I have tech sights on my Marlin and they are pretty precise. Are you doing this on the bench with some support to level the rifle? If your doing it standing up or using your elbows on a bench it's pretty hard to get an accurate shot. Try with some sandbags and some support to have a solid level shot. It could also be the ammo. What kind of ammo are you using?

First thing I'd look at would be to make sure all is clean & tight in the connections dept. 1" @25 yards is 4 MOA. Red Ryder Range Model With Compass in the Stock and this Thing Which Tells Time is more precise...
