another SR22 pistol ftf last round issue

Have any of you had problems with the last round in the clip in an SR22? I was using 3 clips, loaded to the full 10 rds. I started out slow, pulling trigger every few seconds, seemed to load and shoot fine. After about 200rds, I started double tapping, in which the last round in all 3 clips would ftf, it would be stuck trying to load in. Bullet would be angled up with the bullet part pointing up the feed ramp and the back of the bullet still in the magazine it looks like, but in anycase, it's just stuck open. It happened almost everytime I double tapped. I tried using less rounds in the magazine, 8, 9, and still happened. Guns new, was breaking it in with cci mini mags and jrn armscor (cheap 22lr ammo) with a light wax coating on it. The sr22 was cleaned with a light coat of break free everywhere and tw22 on the rails, magazines wiped down with break free as well. Other then that the gun is a blast to shoot, super fun.
