Browning buckmark magazine cost??

picked up from Jail my 1st Buck Mark Plus Stainless Black Laminated UDX yesterday. looking to get some extra mags. I have been looking on line and in stores. The pricing is all over the place from 45 each to 20 each. Only looking at OEM mags any one have a good place to get them? any thing I need to keep an eye out for.... gen one gen two kind of thing...

I bought my new U.D.X. stainless a few weeks back, havent shot it yet, but love the feel and looks. Try Ebay too for buck mark magazines.

Reviews/up-dates please. Don't have a 22 lr. pistol and am very interested in the Buckmark. How/why did you decide on models, what are the differences? Does any model have better re-sale value or more sought after?

Be Careful. Sportsman's guide sold me some that were not factory. They would cause a stove pipe every 3-4 rounds. Bought some factory ones from Midway usa and they run fine every time. Avoid the wax coated lead ammo. Make sure they are copper washed and they won't jam. Federal and CCI are the best I've found in my Buckmark. Some of the Remington and White box Winchesters jam a lot.

CDNN is great for things like magazines. I've bought a couple of Buckmark magazines from them.

As far as .22LR pistols go - I have a Buckmark and a Ruger Mark III, plus some .22 revolvers. I prefer the Buckmark over the Ruger. Both are fine pistols, it's just that the Buckmark is more comfortable to shoot.

I went from a 7.25" Buckmark Lite Splash to a 5.5" Contour. Both guns were/are great. I had a Tasco ProPoint scope on the Contour but moved it to my GP100. The Contour now has a Burris FastFire III mounted on it. The gun is accurate. When I'm done at the range, I just use it to shoot the staples out of the target. And that is repeatable. To be honest, it's so accurate it gets boring after a while. We should all have that problem with all calibers.
The weight is good and it feels very comfortable in the hand. I chose the Browning over the Ruger for one simple reason. When I saw how the Ruger had to be disassembled, I said screw that! I don't have the patience for all the fiddle-fartin' around. It's not a choice I regret.
And I have paid anywhere from about $22 -$30 for mags. So for $20 a mag from CDNN, that a really good price. If I didn't already have 10, I'd buy more.
And buy the Wilson Combat mag loader for it. Your thumb will thank you.

Just picked up a Contour a week ago last Tuesday. I have not had a chance to take her out to the range yet. So I can't comment on my particular weapon, but to Friesland's question. Why did I choose this weapon?

The wife and I went to the local range and rented some handguns. I was interested in a GP100, but had heard good things about the S&Ws so I wanted to try they both. Additionally she wanted to pick up a .22 for her and my kids to plink. The range master recommended we rent a Buckmark. We both loved the gun right off. The feel in the hand was fabulous and accuracy was great.

My intention was to look at the Browning 1911 compact. We had them take it out of the case for review. We both thought it felt small and did not care for the feel for a plinking gun. So we had the clerk start pulling out Buckmarks since we liked the rental. We look at 3 models and both loved the Contour. It felt really good in the hand.

So we bought. Ended up with a KGP141 and the Contour.

I am in San Francisco Bay Area and picked it up at Reeds. They had it in stock so I just had to wait for it to be released from jail.

Already had a 20 year old buckmark that's a tack driver. Just bought another (new, UDX) so I can shoot with my kids.
