Ruger 10/22 50th Anniversary Barrel

Is the Ruger 10/22 50th Anniversary Edition legal in CA. It has a threaded barrel with a Flash hider attached? I am trying to buy a barrel out of state and the seller has reservations about sending it to CA.

It's a rimfire, evil features don't apply. .22 Rifles can have flash suppressors all day long in California. .22LR Pistols, that's a different story.

100% legal. rimfires are exempt from evil feature ban. in stock configuration, you are good to go.
