New NAA Grips installed and Question

    I LOVE IT!

My question is am I able to order a wasp cylinder pin and extra cylinder for this hand cannon? I think it would look good on the mini.

    that looks great.
but I do wish they made something just a little bit bigger in 22 long rifle that was double action or even double action only with a bobbed or fully concealed hammer.

I also saw an aftermarket grip, black, kind of the shape but a little bigger than the one you have on there now.

if I had that thing I would be home-making 22 caliber wax bullets to fire in the backyard, if I had a yard that was big enough and legal to shoot extremely quiet wax bullets in.

Currently installing a set of the folding grips, so there's actually something to hold onto!

Two important lessons I've learned the hard way with these mouse guns:
Never remove the side plate unless you have watchmaker skills to put it back together.
Never have any body parts, like a thumb, close to the cylinder gap when it goes off!

NAA will most likely not sell the cylinder separate direct to you...they will want the gun sent to them so it can be fitted.
Looks like the Wasp cylinder just has some dress-up grooves cut into it...perhaps a local machinist could do this on your cylinder on a lathe.

NAA should be able to sell you the cylinder pin without their fitting being required.

If you remove the sideplate, I suggest that you lightly stake the hand spring in place for reassembly

When I fired it with the originial grips. The wood grips were so smooth along with the front and back metal back strap, the little bugger would want to jump out of my hand.

I looked at the screw on rubber grips (that are on sale this month on NAA's site fyi) but felt this would give me good grip on the front and back strap area. I will let you know of mov't.

By brother has the wasp (lives in idaho) so I am thinking of having him order me an extra 22LR wasp cylinder and I buy it from him.

The wasp is a nice little pistol, but my heart wants the PUG!

            stoopid laws!

I may eventually go this route. The thing that holds me off, is I wish grips allowed the gun to sink in more of the grip the way the older 22 short and 22LR grips did.

However, the new style do allow you to remove the cylinder while the grip is in a closed position.

PUG is illegal in California. Only the .22LR and magnum version can be bought here.

I love my rosewood grips, so classy. Just hang on tight.

You mean not on the roster. Still legal if your LEO or Father/GrandFather (Out of state) to Son/Grandson (In state) gift giving.

                    So there is ways.

I bought my black widow years back and the grip is good. Bought the wife the standard magnum version and wish I would have bought her a widow version also.

Just a note on NAA's Customer Service.
The owner of this abused and bubbafied .22LR Mini, brought it to me beat up and missing parts. I did what I could, but couldn't resolve the timing issue with the damaged parts that were still in it. I told him to contact NAA about repairing the gun, before I sunk anymore time and money into it.
They had him send it in, and two days later he gets a call. They explained the gun was made in 1985, and had seen it's fair share of use and abuse. They were going to replace all the internals, refinish the gun, and install a new set of grips. The grand total of this complete overhaul was going to cost him,
                          round trip shipping!
I've only seen Henry match that kind of customer service!
