Major Tulammo Brassmaxx .22 problems?

Anyone else had problems with Tulammo Brassmaxx 22? We recently tried to shoot this stuff and had major problems. The back blew off one cartridge leaving the remainder of the casing in the chamber. A couple others went boom instead of bang. We stopped very shortly after when one 10/22 wouldn't chamber a round. This stuff lodged the remainder of a cartridge in one 10/22 and seriously fouled the chambers of another 10/22 and a Buckmark. Did I get a few bad cartridges or is this infamously poor quality?

Uhhh...it's Tula.

I know but I had never used Tula .22 before and I didn't expect it to be this bad.
