LOL, you've got receipts from 1999 for nine bucks worth of ammo?

You just may qualify as the most anal retentive Calgunner

(meant in good fun, please take it that way!)

Bet he has the receipt for Mitch Hedberg's doughnut too.
Looking back on those prices is painful.

          about as painful as this.

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you,
Jesus Christ and the American Soldier.
One died for your soul; the other for your freedom.

I bet the price was a little high too, due to it being days away from y2k.

The dollar was worth twice what it is now back then. So that only hurts 1/2 as much.

If you really want to put a tear in your beer, google some of the ads from the old gun stores that sold milsurp guns in the 60's and 70's. Garands, K98's, and M1 carbines by the truckload, cheap. And most of them were in the San Fernando Valley or Hollywood areas of CALIFORNIA.

I for one am glad that progressive politicians came along and chased all those red blooded Constitution loving American pride gun stores out of the state. Now we have pot shops, check cashing marts, liquor stores, and "adult entertainment" stores instead.

And EBT cards to pay for it all.
