    Rimfire optic question

I need a scope for a Kimber .22 rifle. Can I take the Burris off of my .308 and use that? I see many scopes tagged "rimfire". Do I need a "rimfire" scope?

That depends on whether the scope has an adjustable objective for parallax. Most centerfire scopes are fixed at 100 yards at zero parallax, the rimfire equivalent would be fixed at 50. If you have an adjustable parallax, no problem. All my scopes are adjustable, so I can switch them around as I desire.

It's a Burris Fullfield II. Appears to be adjustable!
