    New ATI STG44 rifle problem

Just picked this up from jail today and I have a problem.

The rear sight just flops around and falls out. In the crate I found the small widget in the picture.. I assume it goes onto the shaft on the right side of the sight, but the instructions aren't very clear.

I'm guess that's it's held on by a small C-clip.. but again, that's just guessing.

Anyone know or can shoot me a picuture of thiers?

Also ticked that some of that expanding foam got on the grip and jacked it up a bit.. need to call CS about that and this.

Bought this at that $299 blow out deal last month.. looks like fun once I fix the rear sight.

    Help?

Thanks, if it's just a C-clip holding on the widget then I will fix it myself..

I'll tell you right now, mine doesn't have that spring exposed.

Which part is loose? The actual rear leaf? It just slides back and forth?

The second picture tells me what I need to know.. they either forgot to put on the C-clip retainer or it popped off.. it's certainly not in the crate.

You see the sping in my picture because the whole rod is about to fall out due to the spring.

Now to see if I have a clip that small...

THANKS big time for the pictures

I think that's it. I thought it was an E clip. Pete
