    Only 97lbs

Can someone 'splain this to me. I don't get it unless it's something you leave in your trunk while traveling. Certinally not to carry for any distance.

I have seen this twice today but I did not hear them say how much it weighs. From the way he threw it over his shoulder no way it weighs that much.
If you lived in a state that you can have a suppressor it would be nice as a shtf bag with a SR22 and a suppressor you could switch back and forth.
I like my Ruger bag just fine. All I want I can achieve with it including a SR22 and a suppressor if I want one. For more ammo just add a Velcro bag with more. If you pack right you can get a lot in the factory bag.
I am not saying that this the go to set up, just it would be nice in addition to what else you want.

I'm not sure how you think that would weigh 97 pounds. That wouldn't even weigh 50 pounds.

That being said, it is a bunch of weight and bulk in a format that doesn't appear to be ideal for carrying any distance and leaves everything inconvenient to get to. I wouldn't imagine wanting to just leave something like that in the car, as you'd be far better off with a more "normal" pack that actually has some useful supplies in it besides 1500 rounds of .22lr.

Merc1138 I agree, that was my point. I obviously exaggerated on the weight. It was just funny how it was so overkill with ammo and magazines. I'm a minimalist kind of guy and found this very interesting indeed.

Great bag to haul ammo to your underground survival bunker.

Oh, look at that rabbit sitting over there, I'd like to shoot it and we can eat it for dinner. No problem, let me just unshoulder my roll sack, find a nice clear level piece of earth to unroll it on and noisily work the Velcro to access all these nifty compartments. Now to pull out the rifle stock, pull out the barrel and mate it to the stock, and just for giggles lets pull out and mount the scope so we can shoot that rabbit in the eye. Get a couple mags prepped with 25 rounds and get this rabbit in the cook pot... wait, where'd the rabbit go? Oh well, maybe next time, but for now I guess I should get my kit packed back up...
Did I see it was available in multiple color/camo patterns? I'd like one of each!
In all seriousness though it might have been some good seamstress work and could develop into a nice worthwhile product. I do find myself getting envious of my brother's Condor rifle case/shooting mat which holds his rifle and a few boxes of ammo and when we go to the desert it just drops on the ground, opens up and his whole set up comes out leaving him a nice comfortable place to shoot from.
