field strip is pretty easy & my camper URX eats anything I put trough it, though the only thing that I ever put through it were all HV - mini-mags, golden bullets & Federal value packs

1) No, as long as it's shot properly.
2) No, as long as you know what you're doing. Check out a few good YouTube videos.

I've had the Buck Mark Camper stainless UFX for about 4 months and put 500 rounds through it. It ate everything from Golden bullets, Federal bulk packs, to Winchester M-22. Awesome pistol. Very accurate, nicely balanced, and comfortable grip. It's a cinch to field strip. Taking out the recoil spring is the trickiest part.

It had some issues at first. But seems to have worked themselves out. I have an aftermarket site rail and the screws tend to come loose which will cause it to fail to fire.

I just need to put some locktite on it and that will take care of the issue.

I do love this gun. Very accurate and fun to shoot.

Piece of cake to disassemble. Eventually there will be a Tactical Solutions barrel on it. I recommend it.

I thought of that, but when considering the screw size, I figured it would be a PIA to apply. I take it that was your solutions?

it is the go to solution over on RFC - for normal plinking just run plumbers tape & if in a competition gun run plumbers take on the threads & a drop of loctite around the head of the screw.

I cut about an inch off the roll of tape & then cut it in half lengthwise - apply half to each screw

I've got one with the slab sided micro barrel. Very, very cool little gun. Seems to like everything I feed it.

The manual has no instructions on how to field strip it and warns (in big bold letters) not to take it apart. A call to customer service and I got the same thing, do not disassemble.

I found that surprising and am just passing it on. Do as you please...

I just bought the stainless plus udx model this past Saturday, love the looks of it, haven't shot it yet.
