Henry Rifles - Excellent customer service

So - I have an older Henry .22 lever action, and it has always bothered me that the barrel band and front band/sight assembly are made from plastic.

I finally got around to calling Henry Rifles to see if they offered for sale an upgraded set of metal bands. They did have a replacement metal set, and offered to send me them..... For Free.

    In the mail, today.

Always looking for vintage Winchester and Marlin lever action rifles. Looking to sell? Know of one for sale? Drop me a line!

It really seems like they bend over backwards to make the customer happy. I only wish all American companies were like that.

Good for you OP. I to noticed that when I purchased a lever .22 a few years ago and they did the same for me. Great company.

No kidding! Modern customer service is the idea of offering you a bit of lube as they screw you.

Yes, they did the same for me. I emailed, the CEO got back to me within an hour or so. We have had email conversations before, and when his Father was alive HE would respond to emails. Just an excellent company and product. They sent me the metal barrel bands, and when I opened the box they had also included the Henry Camp Coffee Mug. All free of charge, I really like Henry!

This, is another golden age for American lever guns, thanks to Henry. Back during the time of Winchester 88 and Savage 99 was the last one before.

It's great to have them send out metal bands when asked, but why don't they just put them on in the first place?

                      They do, now.

The issue was with the early ones. If you have a Henry with plastic bands, it was one that was made a while ago. Current manufacture is with metal bands.

Purchased a new Henry .22lr (H001) from Woodbury Outfitters and when inspected at my FFL, noticed a ding/scratch on the receiver. Emailed Woodbury the next day and attached pics of the blemish -- not a peep from their customer service dept.! Contacted Anthony Imperato as well and received an email response within a few hours apologizing for the inconvenience and offered to send me a brand new receiver cover for FREE!!! Well, I received the replacement cover yesterday in PERFECT condition and he even included a free Henry mug in the box! Awesome customer service!!!! As for Woodbury Outfitters....***crickets***
