    Savage 64TR thoughts?

Sportsmens Warehouse has this for $119 (in store only). I have a really old and worn out 10/22 that doesn't work (needs new trigger assembly I think). Was thinking about picking this up for a .22 plinker. I already have a .17 HMR and .223 so I don't need a tack driver.

    Anybody have experience with these?

I bought my dad one for his birthday. We took it out a few times now and its a great lil gun. Comparable to my Marlin 795. No issues so far. And I paid $169 at Big 5 so $119 is a deal

I'd get the 10/22 fixed.. Ruger has really good customer support. And really it shouldn't be that hard to take apart yourself and figure out.

But 120 is a good price..
Its not the TR-SR with the tacticool stock but probably a SW exclusive model with a green stock and a flash hider.. though it doesn't say if the barrel is threaded or if the FH is just pinned on somehow.

Savage has the least amount of aftermarket support though just so you know but that probably doesn't matter to you much if you haven't modded the 10/22
