Mossberg 715T

So I bought the AR looking Mossberg 715T because it was really cheap and I had nothing better to do at the time. Then I put all the evil parts on it like a forward grip etc... Then I just realized that it doesn't have a bullet button and probably couldn't even except one because its not even a modular lower... So is it illegal with those accessories on it?? or its OK because its rimfire?

My understanding is rimfire rifles do not require a bullet button. I've got a 715T as well. Love that thing!!

Rimfire is exempt from the AW laws, no BB needed.

Rock and roll, easy way to kill a brick in no time at all. Plan a trip to NV and break out the standard cap mags and enjoy. Cheap blaster.

Mine has the front grip and Barska red dot.

They couldn't sell it without a bb if it needed one. Rimfire is isn't "exempt". The law only states centerfire rifles. Rimfires are not mentioned at all.

SSE is an "exemption" as the law specifically says single shot pistols are not subject to roster requirements. That's why you can SSE a gun that would otherwise be unsafe and unavailable.

Mossberg 715T

Tried to kill a brick today with mine but i ran out of target after 300 rounds or so. Actually my back is killin me. This was all freestanding on 20yrds at Target Masters. Barska red dot.

Yeah I got one of the little guys in camo. My grandkids and I have shot the crap out of it. Never a failure, fun, cheap plinker, the way they're supposed to be!
