CCI QUIET WHERE ART THOU?
I havent seen these rounds available in almost 2 years. My stock is running low....so where can I find some? Anybody have any leads? I miss the days when I used to buy them at Wallys

I saw some last month and it went in a day; I'm having some fun with American Eagle "suppressor" its 950fps.

Well ive never shot those. I haven't heard of them before either. Are they just propelled by primer?

Love CCI quiet and American eagle "suppressor" rounds have a big stash of them good training rounds for kids

Have you tried the Aguila SSS

It is .22 short brass loaded with a double long bullet to bring it to .22LR dimensions.

Super quiet.
60 grain bullet at 950 fps.

It drops like a rock before 100 yards.

I've got almost a hole brick. Shot about 25-30 out of one box didn't like them . I got them from ISLANDS when they had a deal of the day. PM me if you want them .

Aguila Colibri. No powder. They run off the primer exclusively. Only about 500fps, but they are ever quieter than the CCI Quiets.

CCI Quite ammo also has a little powder in it too, significantly more powerful than Aguila Super Colibri

I too got a brick of Quites a couple years ago and had fun playing with them in my Savage MKII, but have not been able to get them since. My theory is CCI is saving their brass casings for "real" .22 ammo.

NO! NEVER! Not even late at night out in the garage with a thick old phone book as a target. That would be way too much fun and lead to an angry wife...
