Hey any experience or first hand info would be great. I get that it replaces the buffer assembly. What about if you have a buffer plug? Can i no longer use that part? Seems like a cool part to me...

That's ... probably not going to work with a 15-22, without some serious modifications to the gun.NRA Life Member

I dont mean an m&p 15-22. I meant for a dedicated ar22 build. The sight says it will attach to any standard lower.Comment

Just remember that the overall length with the stock folded needs to be 26" or greater.
If it is less than 26", then it will be considered a SBR under CA laws (felony to make/possess).sigpic

I got one of the taccom buffer plugs. But mine ran fine before i installed it so I guess no worries. Ar22 do you have one? I am looking to put it on a standard lower with a cmmg dedicated upper 16 inch barrel. My big question i guess has to do with the over all length when folded. Here in ca it must be 26 when folded and shootable. Looking at the build it looks like it just meets the reqs, but before buying something id like to make sure.Comment

using a utg and a telestock is cheaper you just need one more castlenut
