    CZ 455 repair question

    Info on the gun:

Been back 3x to factory since new.

Repair 1: Jamming while feeding both 22LR and 22 Mag
Fix: Chamfered both chambers and polished feed ramp.

Repair 2: Action not fitting into stock properly, action was "sprung or bent while tightening 2 action screws driving barrel into stock and bowing action and barrel (vertical stringing)
    Fix: Replaced stock

Repair 3: Both barrels shooting a combo of 22 and 24" low/right using all available windage on scopes (2).
Fix : Replace entire gun and both barrels and both mags.

Not sure if I want the entire gun replaced as I might have "new" problems with the new gun. How many round did they fire? What brands? What was accuracy? Paper targets being sent with gun?

They are telling me both of my barrels were shooting straight yet I had 2 scopes (1 NF and 1 weaver, w/different rings) that I centered and both used most all of the windage to center the rounds on target.

So what gives? How can they be saying their scope was centered when my 2 were not (and I double checked my clicks). I know how to center a scope (if you have 200 total clicks windage you turn it back to 100 and same goes for elev).

    Ideas?

Sell it. With the history of that rifle, you will NEVER be happy with it. If CZ USA can't make you happy, Rimfire Central won't either.

Sorry but your post makes no sense. "Being happy" is an emotion. I am trying to get a gun repaired that is not manufactured correctly and has nothing to do with "being happy".

If my car has a flat tire I fix it, if my gun is broken I fix it. Both have nothing to do with "being happy".

If it is as you say not "manufactured correctly" CZ should give your money back or replace the firearm. Have you asked for a refund or replacement?

If you will do this maybe you will "be happy"

I personally have 2 custom built 455's and have done quite a few for others and never had those problems. Once in awhile regardless of the manufacture a lemon does happen. What's rings did you use on the rifle? Does it have a rail or are they mounted directly to the 11mm dovetail?
