I've got a line on a used but very nice condition complete wasr22 (.22 cal ak trainer) wearing after market ak furniture. The seller wants $600 and I'm trying to determine a fair value. I've tried to search and can't come up with a consistant value. I even went to my LGS and he had no clue what I was talking about. Is $600 fair or is that overpriced?

I got one of the last ones at "retail" and cried because I over paid at $259. That said, they don't come up for sale often. If the one you're looking at has been modified (gas tube blocked, custom recoil assembly installed, etc.) it will be reliable. If not, watch out, you may experience hammer follow and OOB detonations. I know I had both. Now, is $600 fair? That's going to be between you and the seller.
