Carry handle sight for an AR-22

How useful would a carry handle rear sight be on an AR-22? It doesn't seem that the elevation adjustment would correspond to the .22LR trajectory.
Should i just stick with a flip up rear sight or is it worth it going with a carry handle or LMT rear sight?
