    Ciener bolt disassembly

Anyone have a block diagram or instructions on how to disassemble the .22LR bolts for extractor and firing pin replacements?

i dont have a diagram but I took mine apart and wrote the steps as i did it, maybe it will help.

The spring should be the next easiest part to replace as you only need to remove the barrel collar, and slide the bolt off the carrier to remove the original spring. The firing pin can be replaced by removing the cotter pin, you should be able to see the loop where you pull it out on the left side of the bolt. It looks like there is is a punch pin that holds the extractor in, and I bet you could push it in and out with a paper clip..yep you can. I think that should be all there is to it. used my hands, and a paper clip to disassemble mine as I was typing.
you have to pry the carrier apart just slightly to release the collar and the the bolt will slide off.

I saw a video on the CMMG bolt that does have a removable cotter pin. The Ciener seems to have roll pins, not a removable cotter pin. It looks like it can be removed from either side.

Anyone have any experience with the Ciener?

        It will have roll pins.
Be very careful stretching the rail. Just pull it apart enough on one side to roll the collar or adapter off the rail.
The rails are easy to bend and once bent, will never run right again.
