10/22 CA legal question

So I followed the Semi auto ban flow chart trying to determine if an 80% 10/22 I want to build meets all requirements to be CA legal. I think I followed the chart correctly, In that as long as my barrel is over 16" and the total length over 26 inches, and mag cap at 10, these are the only requirements to be legal, right?

You ended up with the right answer, but went out of the way to get it. Rimfire rifles are not part of the assault weapon ban.

I thought the 10rnd magazine capacity only applied to center fire cartridges? Isn't the 10/22 exempt from this magazine capacity ruling since it fires rimfire cartridges like the 22LR?
My 10/22 Target rifle is configured in its stock format, meaning I haven't added a pistol grip, folding/telescoping stock or a muzzle brake.

Rimfire is not part of the AWB when it comes to rifles.

But the "large-capacity magazine" law still applies to rimfire (except 22 cal tube-magazines)
