Is it still okay to ship rebuild kits to CA?

I have a few CMMG 22 mags (25 rounders) new in box that I'm thinking of putting on the marketplace, here and on another forum. If sold on CGN, I'd open the package and disassemble to conform so as to not import mags (but parts), but with the frequency of weirdness the legislature comes up with, I thought I'd check before posting.

I'm in NC these days so don't keep up as closely with the CA rules as I used to.

Yes you would have to disassemble them and sell it as rebuilds kits.
