What do you mean by get an action assembly?
A diagram of the parts or you actually want to replace the whole guts?
IMO take it apart and look at the action. You should be able to fix it without just replacing the whole thing.
First make sure it has all the e-clips. If it does not the action wont have the proper pressure on the parts. Small part, big problem.
Second thing I would look at is the feed ramp and lifter.
Third I would look at the ejector wire position.
Fourth I would inspect the feed tube for any dents.
If you still can not figure it out then about the only place you can get an action assembly is ebay.Comment

I sent my action off for some work a few years ago and the guy ripped me off and never returned it. After going thru brownell's and adding up all the parts it would have cost more than a new rifle to replace all the parts. Finally found one for $50 by posting a "Wanted to Buy" ad over on Rimfirecentral.com. A guy over there had six of them (2.5 yrs ago). I can't remember his name but one could try over there.Comment

Troubleshoot first as suggested but there is a bolt and other parts in the marketplace if you still feel the need.

Take it apart, clean it, use PB blaster, clean it, polish where needed. Check the tube seat if tube fed, clean and lube the tube. Try different types of ammo, try loading a HP, LRN, and what ever else you have one after another to see if this helps. Try loading one, fire, load two, fire and so on and see if this helps. I have any old tube fed Marlin 60 which I did all of the above and it now shoots very well. Lots of stuff on the internet or marlinowners, rimfirecentral. Did this without needing to buy any parts.Comment

I can't remember what the symptoms were, but there were throat issues on the older M60s.

The feed throat in older Marlins was composed of two pieces of cast iron that would jam up when worn down after 30 years of use. Here's a guide from RFC that I used to fix up my busted up Marlin 60.

The old two piece feed throats will become loose and make them jam-o-matics. Ive replaced a couple of them with newer ones. Some people have sucessfully tightened the rivit holding the two sides together. and some have glued the two together. The symptom that seems to define this problem is when a cartrige is loaded it jams into the top of the chamber and bends the cartrige. DRComment

I have the old two piece feed throat. What I noticed is that it was not finished very well, the ramp was not smooth, the cartridge lifter was off center and the top of the lifter was burred. I took everything apart, polished the little ramp, filed smooth all ruff parts, polished all friction points, centered the lifter arm. Lubed all with PB Blaster, dried out all parts and put it all back together. When I first got it it would not shoot more than a couple of rounds before it would jam. Now I can put a full 18 rounds without a problem. After putting maybe 3 to 4 hundred rounds in a session it will start to foul with powder from the shells. I use compressed air to blow some out, Q-tips, and use a #2 pencil to dry lube it until I can do a full clean up. I use one or two Eley Match or SK Magazine rounds every so often because they are heavily lubed and will help when I use Golden Bullets or other HP rounds. LRN seem to work the best.
