Decided last summer to put an ar22 together, wanted the same ar operations but in a 22 to save some ammo costs, plus as you guys know 22's are just fun.
After some research put this one together, trying to post a pic:

It was one you guys that got me interested in the Taccom barrels; thanks for that. Anyway the specs are:
Taccom ULW upper, aluminum barrel shroud, carbon fiber handguard
Anderson lower, RRA lower parts kit + JP replacement trigger springs
Black dog smoke mags
Nikon 3-9x40 rimfire scope, cheap scope rings but maybe OK for a 22
I had some problems the first time out; couldn't get thru a 10 round mag w/o some serious feeding problems/ mangled bullets.
Thanks very much to Justin at Bain & Davis and Randall at AR15 barrels; Randall polished the chamber mouth of the barrel, smoothed out the edges.
Last Friday it ran perfectly; no problems; very fun to shoot. Only sighted in to 25 yards because I'm trying to go back to Appleseed in a few months but I could put 10 shots all into a 1" square at 25 yards using a bipod. No big deal I know but that's just the first 50 rounds through the rifle. Now to ditch the bipod and start training with the sling.
Hope you guys like and thanks again to all those on here whose advice I followed.
