    Does anyone know where I can go to get 10/22 80% receiver milled?

        I think I am going give it a try. The process looks easy to do with a drill press and the jig only. The kit I looked at only needed holes drilled and some tapped.

              You don't mill the 10/22 80%, it's really just a bunch of holes. The only one that is even remotely tough is the barrel hole due to the tight tolerances. it would be best to have this done either with a boring bar or a reamer.

              WRT the razor 10/22, be warned that they need lots of deburring. The tactical machining variant apparently is much better.

                    Osis32: Same as the razor, drill holes. Better quality can be had by drilling undersize holes and reaming to correct size. Paperweights are on their webpage, as is the jig

                        Oh i know they're on the Web page but they're sold out. Thanks for the step by step though. Can this be done with a drill press or is a mill the way to go?i don't haveroom for a mill.

                          Drill press, if good quality. All are holes, no milling required.

                          Mills are nicer due to typically greater quality of the machine and vise, but high quality drill press squared to table is better than low quality mill with unsquared table, bad bearing, etc.
