    CA Legal?

    Rimfire rifles cannot be assault weapons right? Especially now that they were removed from the pending bill.

    But is this CA legal (provided they don't ship the 25-round mag that is):

      No threaded barrels allowed, as long as it meets the minimum OAL and barrel length it should be good I think. As long as you permanently attach a break. Maybe someone else will chime in.. Im no expert

          skip the 25 round magazine, and you are good to go currently...

          ...as for 2014, only Gov Brown knows for sure.

                  AFAIK threaded barrel is ok on rifles, not pistols.

                      Yep. My AKS, AR-15s, and Remy 700 all have threaded barrels...
                      Laws against murder and attempted murder should have been the only gun control laws ever needed in America...
