GF Bought me a Ruger Mk II

Thanks for the replies! As to what she's done wrong? With what I spent on her bday, she should have bought me a Garand! Nah, she's really great. But I'm old and she's younger than the pistol, so I have deal with her being a bit broke for now!
The trigger advice is much appreciated and I'm REALLY trying to get it to the range today. I understand that some of these are super accurate and then there is the rare one that just can't group? Is this true?

Never heard of a MK that could not group well...
I suppose one could have a messed up crown or loose sights or some other problem...

There are other triggers out there, but the AMT one is a steel of a deal. Numrich is a cool company lots of NOS New Old Stock. So they should have wood grips for the MK2 as well. (but yours look pretty sweet) I know I got some nice walnut grips for my MK1 when I got my AMT trigger. So IMO its a good idea to look up all your firearms on there and see what parts they may have.

Oh also call in to their order system after they have closed and they will have a message saying sorry they are closed and give that days code for a discount on shipping for ordering online instead.

My Ruger Mk lll Hunter is the most accurate rimfire pistol in my arsenal. Both fun and cheap to shoot.

Congrats on finding the right woman, they are as hard to find as a perfect pistol.
