I can pretty much find one at Sportsmans Warehouse in Roseville any time I go in there. That being said, you will love the gun.

If someone tells me they just want a great shooting .22 without feeling the need to accessorize the crud out of it then I ALWAYS recommend the Marlin 60.

Perfect ergonomics, VERY accurate, last-round hold open, no magazine to loose/wear out, light and easy to carry.

BTW, the FN2000 in my avatar pic is what my Marlin 60sn went into. The P90 above it is my Marlin 795 for which I just got three new mags for yesterday.

I have one. 60 model with wood stock. Really love it.

Be prepared for it to love some ammo, and hate others.

I've had the best luck with CCI Standard Velocity, and Winchester 22lr 1280 plated hollow point.

And it won't shoot Remington Bucket of Bullets ammo at all.

Check out the tech sites for it.

Feeding is great too. I hate stuffing the mags on a 10/22.

The problem with the Tech Sights is that you can't mount a scope with them.

Personally I think the Williams Fire Sights and see-through scope mounts are a better compromise if someone wants both irons and a scope.

I just bought the Tech Sights for my wife's SU16CA and they appear to be well made. I don't know why they didn't go with more adjustment holes though, especially as there is room for at least one more hole between each of the existing holes.
