I have found a built 10/22, butler creek bull barrel, volquartzen $300.00 trigger ? black composite stock, no scope etc. $500.00 sounds a little high.
Your opinion would be appreciated.

I would want to know exactly what VQ trigger they put in. Did they put in the TG2000, that retails for $260 and includes the trigger guard assembly and trigger. Butler creek barrels have mixed reviews. Green Mountain seems to be quite popular. Composite stock. Meh.
And finally, who put it all together. I tend to shy away from built anything that wasn't built by a gunsmith. It's somewhat hypocritical because I build a lot of my own stuff. But it is the way I am. I would rather buy a 10/22 then put $200-$300 into it and know what's in there over saving $100 buy getting someone else's stuff.Starve the beast, move to a free state.
