It does not attach to the firearm it is not a magazine.

Yes its legal. Will they or other vendors ship it to you? That might be an issue but thats policy not law.

You can make your own cheap tubes by melting the end of a drink straw (McD's work well because they are large) and then putting a vacuum cap or disposable ear plug in the other end to cap them off.

8 If I remember correct. I know my GF uses 2 straws per load on her Marlin 39A. Works good for her..

I just made a couple using 5/16 brass tubing and then made one for my .357 Big Boy out of 7/16 tubing. I'm taking that one to the range tomorrow.

The aluminum slurpee straws that 7-11 sell work to but I like the spee d loader better. They are well worth the cost.

Your FFL might sell tannerite but there's a debate that isn't legal.
Your FFL might sell you a lower without a fixed magazine totally legal to do but if you add a semiautomatic centerfire upper with features you have broken the law.

There is not substitution for having the knowledge yourself.
