Marlin Glenfield model 60 survivor addition

My dad has been working on this project for a while and thanks to these 2 guys, jlc3, and ziconceo. The dream is a reality the barrels a little over 16" and over all length is 27" making it just legal . We got rid of no neccessities such as the stock and shortened the tube feed....... I'm having an issue uploading pics so I have to add em one at a time.

Pistol grip and the aluminum c-channel made in the back yard using technical redneck machining procedures with a jig saw. Ill post pics of the inside of the c-channel.

I think it's interesting and suggest coming up with a way to have a retractable stock do some sort. Maybe a wire stock?

Lol, it looks like something I'd do!

OH man, I would just extend that frame on one side to run all the way down and past the barrel so you can use it as a cane (as long as you don't run a foul of any disguised weapons laws). looks like fun.
If it was a snake, it would have bit me.

In a "survival" situation the rifle is going to be used for food gathering so being able to properly aim it would be paramount. So some type of fold/slide out stock should be added. Bunnies aren't scared to death by a gun no matter how cool looking.

Personally I feel the Marlin is already small/light enough in its present form to make a nice survival weapon.
