Gauging Interest: 10/22 80% build

Since we have been questioned multiple times, We have now decided to hop in and get started on 10/22 builds in the greater Fresno area, Now my question is, how many people would be interested in participating in milling out a 10/22 receiver in the fresno area?

I live in Los Angeles, and would love to purchase one of those receivers when miled out. I understand they will be 80% so need further drilling to finish.
