S&W M&P 22 pistol buffer dimension

Like an idiot, I think I threw out my S&W M&P 22 pistol buffer with my dirty patches, and garbage has already been collected.

I hear it takes forever to get parts from S&W.

Can someone out there measure their buffer and tell me the height and width of the buffer. I'll assume the inside hole diameter is equal to the diameter of the recoil spring diameter. I'll drop by Home Depot and find the closest washer I can find. I can't remember the hardness of the material, was it a firm rubber washer, or more like a nylon spacer?

Ugh I feel dumb.

I should double check as well. The spring goes on the inside of the buffer right? And does not come to a rest on top of the buffer.
