Is it Walther Umarex? Or the plastic version / ATI?

I am selling mine LNIB, with an extra mag for $500 OBO. Only mod I did was add an extra notch to allow the stock to collapse 1/2 way in. Normally its only full in or full out. I'm in Camarillo.

Walther / Umarex is the only one that will sell branded as the H&K version so you're good to go.

The other plastic version is always listed as the GSG brand.

Love my H&K. You will too.

Umarex licences it from H&K and then has Walther manufacture it.

                ATI makes the GSG-5.

I bought one from Turners a while back. It's so much fun to shoot, and is super accurate. All my friends love to shoot it, too.

                    ATI makes the GSG-5.

HK went to Walther to design a .22lr around the HK94 / MP5. They wanted to make sure they had legal recourse to go after anyone trying to capitalize on the HK94/MP5 design like ATI did.

They did this after forcing ATI to change the design of their GSG to not copy their design as close as they did.

This part is gonna hurt some people, so I am real real sorry. HK wouldnt have cared and would have issued ATI a license for the GSG if it wasnt such a crappy gun. Ouch I know. That's the truth. ATI went to HK and asked for a license and was denied.

ATI went ahead without HK approval or licensing. Their "ace in the hole" or so they thought was an "ace in the hole" was that HK couldnt show a court where they lost anything from the clones. They didnt have a competing firearm. This didnt work, but HK took stock in the attempt.

With all this drama behind them, HK went to Walther and asked for a solid, reliable, innovative design built around the HK94/MP5 frame work. Even holding an original GSG against a Walther shows just how out classed the GSG is.

The Walther has a multiple blowback adjustable gas system. Its top of the line and state of the art in semiauto .22lr action. Being able to adjust the speed of the bolt allows for tailoring your ammo to your gun.

Umarex is Walthers parent company who imports their firearms.
