Where can I find these screws?

I have Ruger 10/22 TD. I replaced its rail with see through rails but I misplaced the 4 screws which came with the new rails (they are longer than the stock ones). Currently, I use the see through rail with stock's screws but those are bit short.

    Where can I buy these?

Just hit up any good hardware store like Ace. They usually have a good selection. Install the rail before you put the bolt in. If they come through too far just shorten them up.

They are an odd ball screw thread (6-48, 48TPI). I doubt any hardware store will stock 6-48. Standard thread is 6-32. You do not what to use the wrong thread pitch, and strip out the holes. Best solution maybe to buy the cheapest
rail at Walmart just for the screws. Walmart does stock the rails, but not in all stores. Midway sells them for $1.99 ea. By the time you pay shipping, Wallyworld is a cheaper option.

Ruger has a online parts store. Just order them and a couple of days later in the mail comes your screws.

Brownell's has a nice selection of these 6-48 screws in various styles and lengths.
They also have the tools and screws to change to 8-40 if the original threaded holes get stripped out.

              Excellent idea.

If you happen to have a screw specialty shop nearby, armed with the specs above you could buy just the screws locally. Otherwise, a cheap rail is a really good idea.
