      Seeing as how you could just stick a 2 liter pop bottle over the muzzle for free. Why would anyone use an oil filter and pay for it and a little muzzle adapter for 30 bucks that would blow off if you tried to fire it while attached. This is funny and not funny haha either.

        No man you got it all wrong!
        This is to catch the cleaning solvents that you put down your barrel from the breech side, it is then filtered and all the burnt powder and dirt is removed so you can reuse the solvent next time you need to clean your rifle.

              That is awesome. I get solvent all over my sink, floor, and toilet when cleaning my rifles. I think this is a great idea.
