155 yard shot with marlin!! Standing!!

yesterday i took out the girl friend for her to try out her new .223 bolt.
(she hit 25 out of 25 at 155 yards.)

when i decided to try using this:
marlin 80 dl mag with iron sights

and using 40 grain thunderbolts
at this target (12 in by 16in) its the black object in the center

from the standing position i hit that sucker 5 out of 7 times.
the resulting ping was soo ... i want to say orgasmic but i wont because this is a family site. so i will go with invigorating!

Well why not? Frankly I hate and dont learn anything from YT vids with heavy bench rests, seated, giant scopes and taking ages to line up the shot. ALL shots should be off-hand!

well thats because i was higher up..
the place is a wreck! i usualy bring a bag to pick up trash but this place is going to need a few thousand bags.
